Delete your B.O.G. Squad account

In the app (fastest)

Open the app and sign in.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email info@reneweqllc.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my B.O.G. Squad account" and your mobile number. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number, email address and company are erased, and you are removed from every team and BOG list.
Jobs you had accepted but not finished go back to the investor so another BOG can take them.
If you are the only person on your investor account, its open requests are cancelled. If your investor team has other people, make one of them an owner first.
Your sign in and notifications stop working at once.

What is kept

Walk throughs you already delivered, with their photos, videos, answers and report, belong to the investor who requested them and stay in their account and cloud storage.
Messages you sent on those jobs stay with the job, shown as from "Deleted user". So do the job's ratings, check in and photo locations, and records of calls.
Our own copy of photos and videos is deleted 7 days after it reaches the investor's cloud storage.
A record that you accepted our terms, and reports made by or about you, are kept for up to 3 years after you delete, as a legal record. Once payments move into the app, payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
If you were an approved BOG, your contact details are also kept in our business records. Email us if you want them removed too.
