B.O.G. Squad

B.O.G. Squad Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026.

The short version. B.O.G. Squad connects real estate investors with local people (BOGs, for "boots on the ground") who do jobs at properties: walk throughs, checks, lock changes, yard work, errands and more. RenewEQ, LLC runs the app. BOGs are independent. Keep your jobs, messages and calls in the app (and your payments too, once payments move into the app), be honest in what you send, and treat each other and the properties with respect.

1. Who we are and who can use the app

B.O.G. Squad and B.O.G. Squad for Investors (together, the "app") are run by RenewEQ, LLC ("RenewEQ", "we", "us"). You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement to use the app. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company too. BOGs also agree to the BOG Agreement. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

2. What the app does, and what it does not

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we text you. Keep your phone secure. Give us your real name, company and email, and keep them up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account, Delete my account.

4. Requesting, bidding and booking jobs

5. Proof of the work

To protect investors, each job asks for proof: photos and videos taken with the in app camera at the time of the job, check in and check out, and for some jobs scanned documents or a signature. BOGs must allow location while using the app to become a BOG and to check in; investors never need it. The app may check that proof was captured at the property (see the Privacy Policy), compare photos against other jobs, and flag jobs for review. Sending photos, videos, locations or documents that are fake, edited, reused, or from another property is fraud. It ends your account and may be reported.

6. Payments

7. Messages and calls stay in the app

8. Ratings and reviews

Investors can rate a BOG from 1 to 5 stars with a comment after a job. Ratings must be honest and about the job. A 1 or 2 star rating pauses the BOG from new jobs, and (once payments start) holds their payouts, until RenewEQ reviews the job. We may remove ratings that are abusive, off topic or not about the work.

9. Rules everyone follows

9a. Objectionable content, reporting and blocking

There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content or users. Do not send or post anything that is threatening, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or that shares someone's private information. Every job, every review, and every person you work with or see in the app has a Report option. You can block anyone you have worked with or seen in the app, which stops messages, calls and new jobs between you. You can also report anything, including a single message, by email to info@reneweqllc.com. RenewEQ reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these terms, and pauses or removes the people who post it.

10. Your content

You keep what you own. Photos, videos, answers, notes and documents from a job belong to the investor who requested it once it is delivered. You give RenewEQ permission to store, process, copy and deliver them as needed to run the app, including to the investor's cloud storage and to our service providers named in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

11. Pausing and closing accounts

We may pause or close an account, or remove a job, message, rating or bid, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, puts someone at risk, or is fraud. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can close your account at any time.

12. The beta

The app is in a free beta. Features may change, pause or stop, and there may be bugs. Please tell us what you find.

13. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, RenewEQ makes no promises about the app, or about any BOG, investor, job, report or property, including that the app will always work or be error free.

14. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RenewEQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or anything a BOG or investor does or fails to do, or for the condition of any property. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of $100 or the service fees we received on the job the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

15. Disputes between users

Problems between an investor and a BOG are between them, but we will help. Use Report a problem on the job. When payments are handled in the app, the Refund Policy explains how we decide.

16. Michigan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any lawsuit about them or the app goes to the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to fix it.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. When the change matters, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you keep using it.

18. Apple and Google

RenewEQ gives you a personal, non transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by these terms and, for the Apple App Store, on Apple branded products as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms. You must also follow any third party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless carrier's.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and RenewEQ, not Apple. RenewEQ, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content, and for any maintenance and support of it. Apple has no duty to provide support or maintenance for it. RenewEQ, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims. If someone claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, RenewEQ, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving that claim. If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo or on a U.S. government restricted parties list. Google Play's terms also apply if you got the app from Google Play.

19. Contact

Questions, complaints and claims about the app go to RenewEQ, LLC, 7210 Manatee Ave W #1278, Bradenton, FL 34209. Email info@reneweqllc.com.
