How the money moves. The investor pays B.O.G. Squad when the job is booked: your price by Zelle, or your price plus 3% and 35 cents by card. When they get your report, the B.O.G. Squad team sends your pay to your Zelle or Cash App the same day. Card fees are paid by the investor, never by you.

Pricing tips

Work out your costs first. Driving time, gas, and the time on site. A good walk through takes 30 to 60 minutes at the property.
Price from your take home. Tap "I know what I want to take home" and it tells you the price to charge.
Tips are always 100% yours.
Set money aside for taxes. You are an independent contractor, and no taxes are taken out of your pay.
